
Pranamic breathwork
The Breath, our gift and our guide through life.
Pranamic Breathwork, is a technique i have developed through the practices of Traditional pranayama techniques, Shamanic techniques and what i have learned to be most helpful in the practice.

Breathwork is often experienced through intense, reactive, and often times traumautising experiences. Heavy, Deep Rythmic breathing causing hyperventilation and sending the bodies nervous system often into a
"fight or flight mode"
althought a powerful practice, i have found it to be more traumatic then restorative, regenerative and or peaceful. Sending the body into a fight or flight response, creating a nervous system shock to the body for just an experience is less then ideal. Shocking the system, screaming, yeling, emotional breakdowns, just does not seem that restorative for me (how about you?). Even though there is a moment of deep rest at the end, its only normal after we just shocked the body into a state of high level stress.

In Pranamic breathwork, we find our self-soverignty to go as deep as we choose, pushing the limits of the mind, but allowing the body to find a deep sense of rest, recovery and rejuvenation, allowing the body to relax where the body and mind feel safe, with cortisol levels at a low and not having the nervous system put into survival mode.

We find the clarity, we find the keys to the subconcious mind, we connect to spirit while we allow the body, mind and spirit to find itself in a deep sense of rest and recovery throughout the practice, not just at the end.

Throghout the practice we develop and harness mental Clarity, and many achieve states of bliss and "Spiritual experiences"

Group sessions are often guided as a truly deep and restorative practice with my clients feeling in deep peace and finding deep ease after our sesssions. Often receiving messages, clarity and having a deep and restfull sleep, feeling refreshed, rejuventaed and in a state of bliss the following day that follows for many days after.

1 on 1 sessions are tailored to each of my clients needs.
A discussion of understanding where each of my clients find themselves on their life journey, and guiding them through the breath to achieve the clarity, find answers, or cultivate the harmonisation of their innner world with their exterior world. With 1 on 1 Sessions we find the greatest shifts on our journey, wether that be for our intimate relationships, work, bussiness, friends and family, or just achieving a more vibrant and joyous life.
