What is Pranamic Breathwork?
Pranamic Breathwork is a technique I've developed by weaving together traditional pranayama, shamanic breathwork, and years of discovering what actually creates lasting transformation. It's breath work that honors both power and peace.
A Different Approach
Most modern breathwork focuses on intensity—heavy rhythmic breathing that pushes you into hyperventilation, triggering fight-or-flight responses, emotional breakdowns, and nervous system shock. While powerful, I found this approach often creates more trauma than restoration. The body gets flooded with cortisol, thrown into survival mode, just to reach a few minutes of peace at the end.
There's another way.
The Pranamic Way
In Pranamic Breathwork, you maintain sovereignty over your depth. We push the limits of the mind while allowing the body to find deep rest, recovery, and rejuvenation throughout the entire practice—not just at the end. Your nervous system stays regulated.
